Since that update, further evidence suggests additional potential roles for medical marijuana in children. A systematic review of studies of the use of marijuana for medical treatment of children and adolescents published in 2017 found that the strongest evidence for a benefit was for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, and for seizures.10 (S
